Joint Committee after reconsideration now request

that Companies Ordinance of 1932 be amended by deletion from

Section 93 (2) of words "and if a China Company, shall also

prefix there to the characters" and of two characters which

follow.

Judge, His Majesty's Consul-General Shanghai, Acting

Commercial Counsellor, Crown Advocate and I myself concur.

I propose to suggest to Governor of Hongkong that

ordinance be amended accordingly, do you approve?

to Mission, Shanghai, Hongkong, Crown Advocate and Commercial

Counsellor.
